Chinabaisal guarantees all of our merchandise. We have strict quality control guidelines in place to assure you of high production standards.

Returns are only accepted if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. This must be reported within 3 business days and returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us prior to returning merchandise for return approval. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Return Policy:
• All merchandise must be unused.
• Return your package to us prepaid using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items.
• Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
